Branch Manager - Leeds

We are looking for an extremely motivated and highly ambitious Manager who is passionate about their work and can develop and grow within the role

Responsibilities and key skills include:

• Daily operational running of a branch
• Managing your team, external relationships and liaising with other key managers within the Group
• The use of Information Technology to analyse and inform decisions
• Develop in depth product and market knowledge
• Logistics management within a warehouse environment
• Health & Safety awareness & management
• Forecasting budgets for the branch & achieving targets
• Dealing with both B2B and B2C operations, liaising with key suppliers
• Collecting customer feedback and market research
• Monitoring performance and implementing a continual improvement mentality

The ideal candidate will have:

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience running a similar operation within a managerial role
• Proven experience of people management & development
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Organisation skills with the ability to prioritise and delegate
• Excellent IT skills (SAP Business One preferable)
• Ability to work under pressure, a team player and being flexible to suit the needs of the team and business
• A full and clean driving licence

Remuneration £27k to £31k per annum with earnings potential of £10k

Area Sales Manager - South West Region

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Area Sales Manager to work with an established company covering the South West region, in a well- established customer base with strong potential for growth. Areas comprise of postcode areas SY, WR, BA, BS, CF, GL, HR, NP, SA, DT, EX, PL, TA, TQ, TR, BH, SN, SP.

The role requires developing and sustaining new business clients, servicing the requirements of the existing customer base through promoting the sale of all the company’s products and services.

The role is hands-on with the requirement for site visits, cold calling and B2B interface, as well as a degree of staff management where appropriate. For this position, excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills are required. Field sales experience and a Full Driving licence are essential.

Experience in a merchant environment, wholesale or logistics across multiple business units would be desirable. Demonstration of strong sales impact is key.

Experience in both cold calling and account management is required. Full training provided. Being part of a dedicated team of field- based managers across the Group enables knowledge share and continued development from the Group’s broad expertise, enabling a high network of support.

The role comes with a competitive basic salary between £25k to £30k, bonus structure of up to £10k OTE and company expensed vehicle.

Warehouse Operative - Warrington
