Area Sales Manager – Southern Region

Location – Southern Region

Job Type – Permanent

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Area Sales Manager to work with a well-established company covering the Southern region, in a well-established customer base with strong potential for growth.

Areas comprise of Berkshire, Oxfordshire, Hants, Middlesex, Sussex, Kent, West Croydon, Beds, Surrey, Channel Islands, Bucks, Herts, Essex and some parts of London.

The role requires developing and sustaining new business clients, servicing the requirements of the existing customer base through promoting the sale of all the company’s products and services.

The role is hands-on with the requirement for site visits, cold calling and B2B interface, as well as a degree of staff management where appropriate. For this position, excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills are required. Field sales experience and a Full Driving licence are essential.

Experience in a merchant environment, heating, flue and chimney or appliance sales (wood burning, solid fuel or biomass) is desirable. Experience in both cold calling and account management is required. Full training provided. Being part of a dedicated team of field- based managers across the Group enables knowledge share and continued development from the Group’s broad expertise, enabling a high network of support.

The role comes with a competitive salary, bonus structure and company expensed vehicle.

Van Delivery Driver / Sales Person (3 Vacancies)

Location – Southern Area / South East Area / Scotland Area

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Van Delivery/Sales Person to work alongside the Group’s Area Sales Managers, as part of a well-established customer base with strong potential for growth and
earnings.

This is a new role within the business and provides a delivery driver with the opportunity to increase their earnings potential through additional sales.

The role will be a mix of service delivery of goods and building strong relationships with the customers, utilising those relationships to generate “on the spot” sales. A Full Driving licence is essential.

Experience in a service delivery and customer focused environment is necessary along with high motivation to succeed. Full training will be provided. This role is an integral part of our ongoing desire to improve the service and experience of our customers and build brand loyalty.

Delivery Driver / Warehouse Operative – Nottingham

Location – Nottingham

We are now recruiting for a Warehouse Operative/Driver to join our team at our Nottingham branch.

The successful candidate will carry out a range of tasks, including loading and unloading of vehicles, preparing goods, organising, picking, despatching stock and ensuring accurate paperwork is completed.

Working as part of a small team, the Warehouse Operative will carry out Quality Control checks to ensure the right products are despatched to the customer and maintain a safe, clean, tidy work environment. This role requires speed and accuracy along with excellent attention to detail.

You will also be delivering goods to customers, representing our company in a professional and cost-effective manner. The job is ideally suited to someone who feels at ease dealing with a wide range of customers.

Delivery Driver / Warehouse Operative – Norbiton

We are looking for an experienced driver with a clean driving licence.

Key responsibilities include:

• Loading van by placing and securing items.
• Picking, despatching stock and ensuring accurate paperwork is completed.
• Delivering items by identifying destinations; establishing route; operating the van; unloading items; maintaining schedule.
• Maintaining a high standard of customer service and strict control of the security of goods collected, transported and delivered.
• Maintains delivery, van, and driving records by obtaining receipt acknowledgments.
• Completing driver log and van performance forms.
• Carry out daily vehicle checks.

The ideal candidate will have:

Responsibilities and key skills include:

• Deal with queries by phone and email regarding products, orders, deliveries and general information
