  • How do I open a new account?

    You will need to fill in our Credit Application form. Then post it to: Credit Control Department, Docherty Group, Unit 2, Junction 2 Industrial Estate, Demuth Way, Oldbury B69 4LT

    To set up your trade terms you will need to see your local Area Sales Manager. Please contact us at your nearest branch to arrange an appointment.

  • Who is my local sales executive?

  • Do you have a minimum order value?

    For deliveries under £150, a delivery charge will apply – please speak to your branch for details.

  • I want to buy a product but you don’t stock it.
